A unique and charming house, for 6 people, in a private & secure residence. Situated between Nice & Monaco, close to Saint Jean Cap Ferrat and Beaulieu-Sur-Mer, just a 45-minute drive to Cannes, it is ideally located for exploring the French Riviera. The property benefits from several south-facing gardens & terraces with panoramic views of the sea and the old village of Èze. 120 sq/m across 3 levels: living / dining area on the ground floor, with a terrace offering a spectacular view of the sea, old Èze and the historic stone viaduct of the corniche – from there, up to the mezzanine area consisting of a bedroom / office and bathroom. On the garden level there are 2 bedrooms with access to the terrace, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. Additionally, 2 parking spaces are available in the residence. This delightful, lovingly decorated and furnished villa is well appointed with air-conditioning throughout, free fibre-optic Wi-Fi and a small flat screen TV with access to Netflix, Prime Video and Apple TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with: a hob, oven, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, all kitchen utensils and dishes. Bathrooms are provided with care products, toilet paper, towels, bathmats and hairdryer!

Easy walking distance to the iconic old village of Èze, Fragonard & Galimard perfume laboratories and shops, as well as all amenities (variety of restaurants, supermarket, boulangerie, pharmacy, newsstand and post office). Èze is also the starting point for numerous hikes of different difficulty levels, including the famous Nietzsche path leading to the beaches of Èze Bord de Mer (approximately 30 minutes) and the Fort de la Révère.

Manon's property exceeded our expectations! It felt like stepping into a private art gallery that was beautiful, stylish, warm, and had all the amenities we could wish for. The view, decor, attention to detail to make guests feel welcome and at home, and the artwork made an incredible impression on our group of four. The location was great for us too - we stayed during March, when the region is quieter, and we found the walk to the medieval village and local shops and restaurants charming and easy. As a host Manon was fantastic - attentive, helpful, and proactive with advice, tips, and support as needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

What can we say? Manon’s place was nothing short of a dream. The art-filled house immediately felt like home away from home during our riviera vacation, every room decorated with stunning and unique pieces, and with the most amazing view of Eze from the comfort of the many patios. Manon is a top-notch, A+++ host, immediately available to answer all our questions. The location of the house is also perfect, with a delicious boulangerie less than an easy 5 min walk away, and old town Eze a stone throw’s away. Easy car parking was provided and very much appreciated. We didn’t want to leave - Manon, we cannot thank you enough for your hospitality and kindness. We are already planning our return trip to your beautiful house.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We were looking for a peaceful place for a family getaway, and we found it in this magical medieval village.
The house is incredible, beautifully designed, and every detail has been thought of, which made us feel so welcome! 🥰
The kitchen is excellently equipped with everything you could possibly need! As someone who likes to cook, I was delighted.
And the views… simply breathtaking! Everywhere you look is a photo opportunity!
On top of that, Manon was a wonderful host, super attentive and she gave us the best local recommendations that made our trip even more special!
